Roasted Rosemary Fingerlings

Makes 4 Servings
1.5 lb bag of EarthFresh Fingerling Gourmet Potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Wash, dry and cut the potatoes into halves. Place the potatoes, olive oil, salt and chopped rosemary into a medium bowl. Toss to evenly coat the potatoes.
Transfer the potatoes to a roasting pan and roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Roast until potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
Remove from oven and transfer to a serving platter. Serve warm. Enjoy!
