Smokey Hasselback Baby Potatoes
High in potassium, good source of Vitamin C and low in fat!
These hasselback potatoes are quick and easy
1.5 lb bag of EarthFreshBaby Yellow Organic Potatoes
1 tbsp. (15 ml) olive oil
1 tsp. (5 ml) smoked paprika
1 tsp. (5ml) garlic powder
1 tsp. (5ml) onion powder
1 tsp. (5ml) oregano
½ tsp. (2.5ml) cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Slice the potatoes straight down, stopping ¼” before cutting all the way through. Place potatoes in a bowl and add the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and cayenne pepper. Transfer to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minute until fork tender and golden brown. Enjoy.
