Loaded SuperBowl Potato Skins

Makes 12 servings
6 EarthFresh Russet Potatoes: Best for Baking
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
Ranch dressing, any brand
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Wash, dry, rub potatoes with olive oil and lightly salt. Set potatoes onto a baking sheet, place into a pre-heated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. Potatoes will be fully cooked when fork tender.
Remove cooked potatoes from oven and allow to cool completely. Slice each potato into halves and scoop out the flesh.
Mix together the shredded chicken and Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce. Divide and scoop mixture into potato skins. Using the ranch dressing, squeeze a football stitch onto each potato skin. Enjoy!
