Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
High in potassium, good source of Vitamin C, low in fat (baked not fried) and loaded with fibre!
Guten-Free and Vegetarian!
4 EarthFresh Baking Potatoes - cut into wedges
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves - minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375oF. Lightly oil a baking sheet and place potatoes onto the baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic, thyme and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and gentry toss to combine.
Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes - until crispy, tossing occasionally.
Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
