Smoked Paprika Oven Fries
High in potassium, good source of Vitamin C, low in fat and loaded with fibre!
A healthier alternative - These fries are baked, vegetarian, vegan and Gluten-Free!
6-8 EarthFresh Russet potatoes - best for baking
1 head of garlic - each clove crushed
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2.5 tsp. kosher salt
Preheat oven to 375oF
Cut potatoes into thin strips, leaving the skins on. Add potatoes to a pot of cold salted water, bring to a boil (cooking for 5 minutes), drain and set aside. Meanwhile in a bowl add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Add potatoes and gentle toss until well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread potatoes on the tray- well spaced and not overlapping. Bake for 45-50 minutes, turning once.
Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
