Baked Potato Crisps
Vegetarian, vegan, Gluten-Free and Low in Fat!
These chips are baked not fried and a healthier alternative to potato chips.
2 EarthFresh Baking potatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp each garlic and onion powderSalt and pepper 1 tsp fresh chives, chopped 1 tsp fresh parsley, minced Dash of paprika
Preheat oven to 400ºF and lightly brush Oil onto 2 baking sheets.
Scrub the potatoes well using a vegetable brush and thinly slice using a mandolin. Place in a bowl and toss with oil to coat evenly, or spray. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. Sprinkle with paprika for colour.
Place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake until crisp and browned, 20-25 minutes.Optional:Top with a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle with chives and parsley.
